The purpose of this document is to provide the reader with a more thorough understanding of how the Marxist theory of government has been implemented in the United States of America, over a period of decades. At first by stealth, and more recently by the outright arrogance and boldness, of the Traitors from within. By the issuing of laws and executive orders that have no basis in Law or containment within the actual jurisdiction of legislative or executive authority. By the making of Treaties that neither party has the lawful right to enter into, much less be bound by. These things occurred under the permissive eye of senators and representatives who, for their own reasons, would rather betray their electors than sound the alarm, as indeed was the first cause for their office to be created by the Framers. As despicable as are our U.S. and state representatives who, for the most part, have sold us out for their own foul gain, the final and ultimate blame is to rest squarely upon the heads of everyone who voted for such unworthy people and or who stood idly by while such aforementioned usurpation's continued to mount.

It is self-condemning to merely say "I did not vote for him", or "I do not agree with that". This country was born by Force of Arms. Not by disagreeing with the TV set in your living room. This country was born at a time when many, if not most, able men carried guns and knives, as required by law! An act now deemed 'politically incorrect' and negatively called 'concealed carry' (the term 'politically correct' is the current manifestation of George Orwell's term 'newspeak' in his book '1984'). In most places there was not a police force as the colonial laws did not permit standing armies during peacetime. Our founders were men of courage who defended their liberties and property, daily if needed, without complaint or hesitation. There was no reliance upon, nor desire for, a 'Benevolent Despot' to guard them from all of life's trials and tribulations. When King George III began oppression of the colonies and up until the time shooting broke out in 1775, the usurpation's committed by him totaled far less than those which are now upon us and which are still mounting daily. As the enlightenment contained herein following could at the very least upset your complacency and at the very most require you to reach a decision of life altering impact, do you, daring to call yourself an American, even have the courage to read further? If you think you have the 'right stuff' read on and find out what side of the line in the sand you are on.

The overall thrust of the Communist Manifesto was to seek a means to have the working class, the proletarians, revolt and change the social order. In other words the proletarians would take from the bourgeoisie what was bourgeoisie property and make it their own. Thus becoming the enemy they hated previously. However, somehow by magic, a new government was going to emerge out of this which owned nearly every business and parcel of land and of course it would dispense to its servants and slaves a better living than they had before, thereby preventing the reformation of bourgeoisie property and sparing the just rescued proletarians from committing the same mistake as their predecessors. So the proletariat would wind up as slaves again. We see this in Lenin's revolution in Russia. Lenin took his following, the Bolsheviks, then changed their names to 'Communists', and got them to overthrow the czar. And the ordinary Russians citizens have enjoyed prosperity and freedom ever since (right).

The end of all so-called Communist/Socialist programs is the state owning nearly everything. The difference between Communist and Socialist programs is the means of execution. Communists want a revolution now, Socialists are more patient and will spend decades to achieve their plan, yet the result is the same, Servitude or Death for the people. Socialists will appear benevolent, "You can not possibly deal with life's difficulties, so we the government are here to help you tie your shoes, the ones we have picked out and given you of course comrade". This oversimplification of the latter example is what is happening in America. We the government must have you do this or that this way, its for the children, which you are incapable of raising, of course comrade. And on and on. It is impossible to list all of the deceptions in use today. But by picking out main points from the Communist Manifesto and the actual plan of the Communists for America, then relating them to our so-called governments current actions you will see more clearly the true 'State of the Union' better than any lengthy discussion of deceptions could hope to achieve. There is danger in reading on as mentioned earlier, you will discover if you are at heart a freeman or a groveling, boot licking communist peasant.

The first maxim we will discuss and compare is stated as "Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes" in the Manifesto. This means just what it says, property taxes. (you did not think you owned your land did you?) If so-called 'property tax' was actually for services rendered, how can you be evicted for not paying for your services? Do you get evicted for not paying your cable bill? Or, if you die intestate how does the land automatically revert to the state if it did not first belong to the state? Please, keep quiet and do not reveal your ignorance by saying you have a fee simple title to your land. Let's start at the top and work down -

1. Real Estate - Real refers to land (in this case). Estate - This is a very large domain in law but broadly means what one conveys to another, with or without conditions.

2. Fee Simple - Fee is synonymous with Feud or Fief. Simple - A type of Fief granted that allows for continuous occupation and either the sale or handing down of the land to heirs or assigns.

A person receiving a fee of any type is bound by the doctrine of fealty to serve the original grantor of the fee. A fee simple 'title' (more newspeak) or a fee of ANY type is in contradistinction to an 'Allodial Title' which is land held in allodium. Meaning literally, "A man's own land, which he possesses merely in his own right, without owing any rent or service to any superior".  If you have the courage, put on your tin hat and run into your closet and think to yourself "How did government get title to all the land like a king has?".

 Marx asserts in his Manifesto "In one word, you reproach us with intending to do away with your property. Precisely so; that is just what we intend". This obsessive covetousness on the part of government, with regards to your property is in complete defiance to God's 10^th Commandment, "You shall not covet your neighbor's wife. You shall not set your desire on your neighbor's house or land, his manservant or maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor." You will see as we go along how the actions alone of our de facto government prove they are not Godly men and are worthy of no respect or loyalty, although they may command it by Force of Arms.

The next maxim is "A heavy progressive or graduated income tax". This is rather obvious even to most people. It provides for the continuous reduction of wealth and allows government intrusion into your life as you must file a 'tax return' (whatever that means) to see if government approves of your life style in the land of the free and the home of the brave. The cowardly most commonly say this, "But government needs money to function". We are talking about the method of getting revenues "A heavy progressive or graduated income tax", not the utterly obvious need for those revenues. The Constitution does not allow the federal government to tax incomes in any form. (Income tax was previously outlawed by God in both the New and Old Testaments.) The reason for that prohibition is an income tax is actually a direct tax, not an excise tax as claimed, meaning the ultimate payer is taxed directly. The founders allowed direct taxes to be levied by federal government only with consent of Congress during an emergency such as war or natural disaster for a specified period of time and amount according to population, that is, apportionment, everybody pays the same. Otherwise government would need an army of agents to snoop around in your personal affairs so that your tax could be 'assessed', all at the taxpayers cost of course, then there would be your time and money spent keeping and maintaining records to insure 'compliance'... This 'assessment' process would be ultimately self-defeating as the 5^th amendment to the Constitution prohibits one from having to produce evidence against himself in a criminal prosecution, unless the criminal prosecutions of the IRS (hereinafter, 'Individuals Representing Satan') were to somehow 'magically' be declared outside the realm of the Constitution. (see Kangaroo courts page) So people do not have to produce proof of 'compliance' unless, they are duped into it by ignorance and fear induced by lies and Force of Arms.

James Madison concluded that "When, therefore, direct taxes are not necessary, they will not be recurred to.... It can be of little advantage to those in power to raise money in a manner oppressive to the people.... Direct taxes will only be recurred to for great purposes.... If this country should be engaged in war - and I conceive that we ought to provide for the possibility of such a case - how would it be carried on?... How is it possible a war could be supported without money or credit? And would it be possible for a government to have credit without having the power of raising money? No; it would be impossible for any government, in such a case, to defend itself. Then I say, sir, that it is necessary to establish funds for extraordinary exigencies, and to give this power to the general government."

Federal government was to live on indirect taxes (sales taxes on luxuries and import duties), and did so quite well as history shows. So from the beginning, ongoing graduated personal income tax never was nor ever could be in America. So how do we have it? By what is known as 'color of law'. Which simply means it's a charade under Force of Arms. And actually, even the Individuals Representing Satan have had to admit in US District Court that 1040 is a volunteer program. (U.S. v. Lloyd R. Long 1993) In fact, only subjects of the District of Columbia, federal employees and citizens in remaining territories are the only hapless souls who Congress has this authority over. (They don't obey God so where they have constituted authority to pass laws they will) Just because they use Force of Arms to STEAL monies from you and I does not make it legal. Such Acts clearly reveal the depth of corruption relative to the Constitution and the nearness to Marx's ideology that exists. (here's a clue - Jesus said you will know men by their FRUIT. He did not say by their words or actions. Fruit is the RESULT of what men do. So in this example does the Fruit of our 'elected' officials liberate and prosper you or impoverish and imprison you? See, when you realize you don't have to waste time listening to speeches filled with lies and newspeak or keep track of your representatives actions, you can turn off your TV set and look around you and evaluate the fruit being bestowed upon you by government.)

Proof of the Malice in the government's actions towards you is that they will never tell you how you volunteered or how to 'unvolunteer'. (although the persistent and diligent reader of this site will find out) Congress has never passed any legislation creating the Individuals Representing Satan. It is an arm of the so-called 'Federal Reserve'. We will get to the Fed later with more about this symbiotic relationship. Another way the cowards take is the so-called flat tax. Well, we already have one, its called FICA, Social Security. You would still have to file a 'tax return'. Low-income people who have no deductions, now get the privilege of those 'life style' audits wherein the Individuals Representing Satan comes into their house and examines the type of underwear they own to make sure that they did not lie about their income, despite the 4^th amendment prohibition of such things. Because, if you have no deductions to lie about you must be lying about your income amount. And you must be lying because after all, you are proletariat.

Following on the heels of income tax is "Abolition of all rights of inheritance". These 'death duties' are obviously needed to keep an accumulation of wealth from building up even over generations. Allowing a peasant to escape his lot in life is strictly forbidden. He becomes in danger of being bourgeois. It is after all, according to Marx, the bourgeoisie who created the original poor condition of the proletarians and only the government can prevent such inequities from arising again. The bourgeoisie are defined as "the owners of the means of capitalist production", they are not high cash flow 'yuppies'. Remember when businesses used to be 'Smith and son'? Why was that? The father would start something and build it up and pass it on to his son. But not anymore, even family farms can only pass to sons at full market value and if the father finances it for the son, market rate interest must be charged and of course income tax paid on the interest, and possible capital gains tax must be paid by the now retired father, further depriving the family of the fruits of their labors. Contrast this maxim with the Bible, "A good man leaves an inheritance for his children's children;" (Pr. 13:22) The continuous erosion of wealth is what it is all about. Marx was adamant that no worker receives any more than the minimum required "to prolong and reproduce a bare existence". He goes on to say "We by no means intend to abolish this personal appropriation of the products of labor, an appropriation that is made for the maintenance and reproduction of human life, and that leaves no surplus wherewith to command the labor of others". So as the cowardly lament upon how 'stupid' the Individuals Representing Satan are for passing such an 'incomprehensible' tax law as this or that, let them now realize that such 'incomprehensible' tax laws have a very definite purpose and the people passing them are anything but stupid.

Along the same vein as the last two foregoing is "Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels". This is even more 'delightful' than income and death taxes. If you wanted to leave this pathetic country envisaged by Marx, at the very least it was going to cost you everything you had. Remember your property is my property says Marx, so how could you expect to take a grubstake with you from here to go to a decent country? This is manifested as current Individuals Representing Satan proposals that would require you to have permission from the Individuals Representing Satan to obtain a passport, for obvious reasons. Furthering the abuse are the existing 'rules' that state you must pay income tax even when resident abroad, so you are taxed twice for the same sweat.  But do not feel too picked on here in the 'land of the free and the home of the brave'. Libyan strongman Mohammar Qaddafi makes his expatriates do the same.  However the second part 'rebels', bears further examination. Who is a rebel? King George claimed George Washington was. Yet it was the king who broke the law, Washington merely was trying to escape a tyrant. So actually Washington was more of a belligerent than a rebel, if you are skittish about the word 'patriot'. (the newspeak for patriotism is ethnocentrism) The tyrant always defines anybody seeking escape, justice or relief from his oppression as a rebel or 'anti-government'. This is how you can tell the oppressors from the oppressed. The oppressed never call the one crushing them a rebel or 'anti-government'.

Now consider this "It is better to be anti-government than un-American, and it is very American to be anti-government". How can this be you wonder? The founders hated oppressive government intensely enough to go to war and then developed a constitution of very limited government, knowing that government is a necessary evil. As shown by George Washington, "Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master." Our Constitution prohibits Forfeiture (of property) except in cases of Treason. Yet the Individuals Representing Satan regularly seize property and money without writs of execution. Are all their victims considered rebels or would be emigrants? And our so-called government regularly seizes the assets of those it deems as drug traders before they are charged or tried on drug charges, obviously, so that whoever is charged with drug related crimes can not defend themselves. The need given for the absurd legislation supporting this usurpation was of course "to protect the children". Of course dear comrade, Communism is the only way to combat crime and there never was a drug problem in Communist Russia.

Benjamin Franklin had this to say about cowards who support such notions:

"They that can give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither safety nor liberty."

So while our founders had no notion of a Communist government as such, they were well acquainted with common tyranny and detested it and its supporters and followers.

This next maxim, although examined in the original order that Marx gave it in the Manifesto, is actually the most important thing for a creeping Socialist plan. In a Communist revolt, the army would attempt to organize everything at once. That one thing which began the downfall of America is "Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly". Because almost all Americans are totally ignorant when it comes to money science some effort will be devoted to this topic. This ignorance is of course the downfall of John Q. Public, who chose to believe the TV set/radio/newspapers over the truth, the following discourse will prove this point.

In order for the Socialists to take over America without firing shots up front, the wealthy men who thought it would be a good idea to eliminate all competition in the banking business and take everyone else's wealth at the same time hatched their foul plan in November of 1910. Representatives of the Morgan and the Rockefeller banking cartels were joined by some Traitors from the U.S. government and representatives from the European Rothschild cartel. At that time these seven men already represented one sixth of the world's wealth, yet they wanted it all. So-called Americans know the outcome of this meeting as the 'Federal Reserve' which gives us 'our wonderful controlled economy'. So how does 'His Worship the Chairman' of the 'Fed' imprison us? Through debasement of the currency and outright lies.

To debase the currency one must make the coin or note have less value. For coins, tyrants of the past would make the alloy less pure giving more coins for less silver or gold. Our enemy, the treacherous seven, however employed a scheme known as fractional reserve banking. What that means is, the bank lends more money than it has. So if there was 1,000 dollars in silver on deposit in the bank the banker could issue 1,000 dollars worth of bank notes or loan out 1,000 dollars. The bearer of these notes could come to the bank and get the equivalent in silver on demand. What happens if the banker says "I will issue myself some more notes and go and buy up things for free"? Each note is reduced in value to the amount of the overprinting and the banker gets your property for free. Because each note is now worth less than before prices go up. Inflation (of the money supply) causes high prices. High prices do not cause inflation. This is one of the newspeak/psycho-babble type lies issued by the Fed. Everything under the sun has been blamed in the government media for inflation, unions, cheap foreign goods, rising price of oil, housing and now even a prosperous economy can bring 'inflation fears'. (if you ever thought the people doing these things despised you for your ignorance you are right, you will see this shown later)

In the USA we generally do not have scarcity problems so temporary supply and demand issues are not an ongoing problem, yet prices continue to go up. But the TV set said that the CPI only went up 1%. Then why do you have to make more or cut down on or more or buy cheaper things just to get by? Inflation. This problem is exacerbated by the Individuals Representing Satan tax on all income. It is simple economics that there must be a balance between the cost of labor and the cost of goods and services. If you need x dollars every year to maintain your existence and the IRS steals y% dollars from you, you must demand more from your employer just to maintain the status quo, x + i. Now i dollars has to be larger than the amount stolen by the IRS because their 'take' is a percentage. So now your employer has to charge more for his goods or services so that he can survive your higher wages PLUS his cost for you that the Individuals Representing Satan steals from him as 'matching tax' (whatever that means), as well as any additional corporate taxes on his hard earned profit. Fools accept this situation as the newspeak term 'taxflation'. Debased currency pushes up prices because the currency has less buying power and income taxes increase the demand for the debased currency, the issued volume of which can be adjusted daily by the Fed. Round and round we go and where we stop is... Servitude. Do you think God had a reason for disallowing income taxes? Consider what the Bible says "....the worker is worth his keep"(Mt.10:10) and "Now when a man works, his wages are not credited to him as a gift, but an obligation." (Rom. 4:4) Remember this, America grew from a few Pilgrims standing on the beach of Cape Cod shooting at Indians to the world powerhouse it was in 1913 on sales (indirect) tax alone. I wonder why God's way always works better for the people.

Now imagine a currency debased by 100%, which means it's totally worthless. Let us call that currency a 'Federal Reserve Note' (this is an appropriate example because a Federal Reserve Note is imaginary money). Now for another lie revealed. The 'Federal Reserve" is neither federal nor a reserve. It is a private company owned by its twelve member banks, having of course no reserves of silver or gold, just printing presses. Now if the erosion of your wealth at an incredible rate is not enough to impoverish you how about enslavement thrown into the bargain? How you ask? Well now we are back to our 'friends' the Individuals Representing Satan, which is not federal either, but an extremely necessary part of the plan. Why? You can now plainly see that if the Fed kept printing its wonderful notes hyperinflation would occur and their system would break and people would go back to silver and gold. So to stop that from happening and imprison you at the same time the Individuals Representing Satan suck it back in. All the while increasing its overall take from each hour you work. Stupid people laugh when their TV set says "You have only to work until May to pay your taxes". By the time your overall bite reaches the 84% predicted by this current administration you are indeed a slave and your children hitting 100% fit the purest description of a slave: a person taxed at the 100% rate. By the way, at 84% total tax bite you will only have to work till October to pay your taxes. Since 1965 you have been spending a private bank's notes called 'dollars'. Time for another lie to fall. A Dollar has been defined by Congress as one ounce of pure silver (First Session Second Congress Chapter XVI April 2, 1792). If you ever saw a real 'Dollar bill' you would remember these words on it:

"SILVER CERTIFICATE

this certifies that there is on deposit in the treasury of

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

ONE DOLLAR

IN SILVER PAYABLE TO THE BEARER ON DEMAND"

Check your precious commie controlled 'money' for anything like that and run down and redeem it for your silver. As for our present coins, more lies, they purport to represent an ounce of silver or a fraction thereof, i.e. dollar (Eisenhower + Anthony), half, quarter, dimes, half-dimes (did you not know those should be silver too?). Yet they are but nickel and copper worth only a few pennies each. The Fed has spewed out so many of their notes and coins creating 'our wonderful controlled economy' that in 1993 if you were able to redeem them all (M1) you would have about .4¢ (4/10 of a penny) for each one denomination note. And you were so sure the only commies were in Russia or China. This of course extends internationally through the money KGB of the IMF/World Bank and its 182 corrupt member nations running the paper chase. If there was real money in the world no one would notice, much less be affected by, a dip in the Hong Kong market. Imagine, being taken prisoner, and offering no resistance, while in the comfort of your own (?) house watching TV. Here are something's said in past times about money debasement:

"I am of opinion that the main and final cause why the prince pretends to the power of altering the coinage is the profit or gain which he can get from it. Therefore, from the moment when the prince unjustly usurps this essentially unjust privilege, it is impossible that he can justly take profit from it. Besides, the amount of the prince's profit is necessarily that of the community's loss. But whatever loss the prince inflicts on the community is injustice and the act of a tyrant and not of a king. And so the prince would be at length able to draw to himself almost all the money or riches of his subjects and reduce them to slavery. And this would be tyrannical, indeed true and absolute tyranny." Bishop Nicholas Oresme from his 14^th century document "Tractatus De Moneta".

"There is no subtler, or surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debase the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner which only one man in a million is able to diagnose." --John Maynard Keynes an economist for Hitler's Germany, in that he published a special German only edition of his 'General Theory' in 1936, before his English version.

"The best way to destroy the capitalist system is to debase the currency." - V.I. 'Nikolai' Lenin

Marx had said that the government should control everything to insure this utopia he envisaged succeeded, because of course the proletariat is in constant danger of becoming prosperous and therefore bourgeois, which is the ultimate sin after all. Now there have been other economic theories to be sure but because tyrants are not seeking a solution to economic woes but rather trying to extend their control over their hapless victims there seems to be no other system in large-scale use than Socialism/Communism. To the end of control of the economy Adam Smith, a more correct economist than Marx or Keynes says this:

"The statesman who should attempt to direct private people in what manner they ought to employ their capitals would not only load himself with a most unnecessary attention, but assume an authority which could safely be trusted, not only to no single person, but to no council or senate whatever, and which would nowhere be so dangerous as in the hands of a man who had folly and presumption enough to fancy himself fit to exercise it." Remember 'His Worship the Chairman'?

This was in the 18^th century long before Marx's devilish plans were put down on paper. Adam Smith also had recommended that George III give up the American colonies as they would never benefit England, prior to the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Oh well and ho-hum, tyrants are the same, whenever and wherever they happen to be, stupid as well as greedy.

Adam Smith was not the only 18^th century person aware of these principles, consider the following few items from America:

"There is scarcely a king in a hundred who would not, if he could, follow the example of Pharaoh, get first all the peoples money, then all their lands and then make them and their children servants forever." - Benjamin Franklin

"I consider the foundation of the Constitution as laid on this ground: That 'all powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States or to the people'. To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the powers of Congress, is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition. The incorporation of a bank, and the powers assumed by this bill, have not, in my opinion, been delegated to the United States, by the Constitution." - Thomas Jefferson Opinion on the Constitutionality of a national bank February 15, 1791

"If the American People ever allow the banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks, and corporations that grow up around them, will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. I sincerely believe the banking institutions, having the issuing power of money, are more dangerous to liberty than standing armies. Already they have set up a money aristocracy that has the government at defiance. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to Congress and to the People, to whom it belongs." - Thomas Jefferson

"The abandonment of the gold standard made it possible for the welfare statists to use the banking system as an unlimited expansion of credit. In the absence of the gold standard, there is no way to protect savings from confiscation through inflation and taxes... Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the "hidden" confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It stands as a protector of property rights. If one grasps this, one has no difficulty in understanding the statists' antagonism toward the gold standard. In the absence of the gold standard, there is no way to protect savings from confiscation through inflation. There is no safe store of value. If there were, the government would have to make its holding illegal, as was done in the case of gold. If everyone decided, for example, to convert all his bank deposits to silver or copper or any other good, and thereafter declined to accept checks as payment for goods, bank deposits would lose their purchasing power and government-created bank credit would be worthless as a claim on goods. The financial policy of the welfare state requires that there be no way for the owners of wealth to protect themselves." - Alan Greenspan in 1966 prior to becoming 'His Worship the Chairman' in 1987.

"If we run into such [government] debts, as that we must be taxed in our meat and in our drink, in our necessaries and our comforts, in our labors and our amusements, for our callings and our creeds, as the people of England are, our people, like them, must come to labor sixteen hours in twenty-four, give the earnings of fifteen of these to the government for their debts and daily expenses, and the sixteenth being insufficient to afford us bread, we must live, as they now do, on oatmeal and potatoes, have no time to think, no means of calling the mismanagers to account; but be glad to obtain subsistence by hiring ourselves to rivet their chains on the necks of our fellow-suffers." --Thomas Jefferson

This is where our so-called 'national debt' came from, by the loaning of worthless currency into circulation. For by loaning our government its worthless notes and charging interest on those loans, through the sale of government bonds which are merely promissory notes, the creditor, the Fed, rules the debtor, because the total amount due is always more than the entire issued amount of currency because of the interest. So much for your 'modern' education in economics, and your TV set's assurance that 'our wonderful controlled economy' is in good hands and doing just fine. Of course the Socialists/Communists are at odds with God on this one, "Differing weights and differing measures - the Lord detests them both." (Pr. 20:10) Differing weights and measures are pertinent to money. Remember a 'Silver Certificate' is merely a representation of one ounce of pure silver called a 'Dollar', now a 'Federal Reserve Note' claims to be a 'Dollar' yet can not be redeemed even though it pretends to be one ounce of silver. The weight of silver a 'Federal Reserve Note' represents is zero even though it is called a 'Dollar'. Differing weights and measures, are not of God.  It is also called Counterfeiting.

The next maxim is less obscure for most than the preceding one. That is the "Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the state". In Marx's day it was far simpler than it is now. There were no cars, no telephones and certainly no Internet. Of course the weak will say "We need the FCC to help keep order in the airwaves and to insure only fit things are broadcast to the public". This is the same problem the cowardly have with their 'tax return'. They can not separate revenue from method of collection anymore than they can separate order from control in the airwaves. So-called Americans who have bought into the communist program truly are ignorant of what is right or wrong and can not tell the difference between what is legal and what is lawful. Now it is certainly a good idea to coordinate the allocation of radio frequency spectrum channels, but how about content?

 Originally a radio or TV station applying for a license had to demonstrate that the community they covered was benefited by their proposed broadcast programs. Now we have networks and cable and satellites all bringing us the same boring bad content, the same is true for radio, just venture across country by car and you will hear the same format no matter what type of station you listen to. They all subscribe to the same few news and weather services too. So much for getting good local content and real news. The colonial tree stumps and pulpits were far better dispensers of the truth than today's modern systems. Yet many people stare at their talking lamp for hours a day according to some surveys. "But I only watch the Discovery channel, and sports", whine the dummies. Hey, if you are not out digging up the truth about this country you might as well be watching the Playboy channel. Remember when the FCC would not allow 'swear words' on TV? And married couples in the bedroom had to be in two single beds, with full-length suit type pajamas. But what is a little pornography with your comedy, who does it hurt? Don't even know do you? Read on and you will see why this change in standards occurred.

As a further example of FCC KGB techniques consider this: The 'crackdown' on micro power broadcast stations by the FCC. The excuse given is that they disrupt 'approved and properly licensed' stations. Time for another lie to fall. While it is true that someone could set up a station and jam an existing station's signal to some extent if the transmitter was strong enough, this is certainly not a job for mighty micro power, and if indeed disruption was the goal then prosecution is needed. However anybody capable of setting up a broadcast station has the simple commonsense to pick an open spot on the dial so as to be heard. If you were on a large commercial stations frequency within its coverage area the micro power would almost be totally drowned out. I gave you a clue as to what the Socialists/Communists real fear is, the micro power is today's village tree stump and pulpit, broadcasting a different opinion. Does it work? Castro broadcast from the hills of Cuba to gather people for revolt against Batista. I am not for either party just the example. So what else are Socialists/Communists afraid of? Personal communications. Look at their almost panic level fear concerning encryption in the hands of American citizens. Somehow the crooks, it is claimed by government, will take over the world if the NSA can not read their mail. Firstly, the crooks have already taken over the world, secondly, how did normal crooks survive before encryption? OK arm chair Americans, do you think the commies are trying to keep their own butts safe, by reading your mail to see if you do not approve of their unconstitutional activities? No legitimate government need fear its populace. Tyrants do and should always live in constant fear of payback. As government is now selling us out to the Chinese Communists, what does government have to fear from us, that it can not abide by our desire for privacy?

Consider the Internet. The last bastion of free speech on the planet, right? Have you ever seen comments concerning the general nature of attitudes of 'Net users? It is 'right-wing', 'out-spoken', 'patriotic' even. I have seen this explained that only 'right-wing wackos' use the 'Net. How about this? The 'Net, despite attempts by government to acquire control over it represents more accurately the people than does mainstream media. Why? Because people not FCC controlled media contribute the content. Surprise! All kinds of people contribute to the 'Net good and bad content abounds, but if you step outside your door, what will you find? Good and bad people. You would not take your children to a bar with strippers, homosexuals, hookers, drug dealers and foul-mouthed drunks around. But government tried the excuse that "to protect the children from such things" content must be regulated, saying pornography, but meaning anything patriotic or newsworthy that somehow did not get on TV. When that did not fly, government insisted that you take your child to that sleazy bar by forcing government (public) schools to put in huge computer networks so that grade school children are hooked to the 'Net. See the pattern here? There is no problem, so government creates one. Now to protect the children in government schools, government will try to regulate the 'Net again with this new excuse for liberty robbing laws. Or consider this, who is behind some of those huge companies that are buying up all of the little Internet Service Providers? These ISP's are the people you go to get your 'Net connection at your house. If you can not control content try controlling access like they do in China. Of course if you understand how the Internet works you already know how to make a Web site not appear on the search engines radar. Then of course there is the FBI's Carnivore program running at all ISP's to read your mail.

Transportation is an area where most Americans think they have it made, jump in my car and go anywhere I want to. Buy as many as I can afford of any type too. In December of 1997 Al Gore proposed a treaty which would require the US to lower its greenhouse gas emissions by 7%. Do you think the target will be four cylinder cars or sport utilities and pickup trucks and luxury cars? A mobile population is the most aggravating thing to tyrants. If you are required to 'take the bus' you are much more under control. Now of course no one wants polluted air, but Communism is not the answer to pollution. You merely have to go to Russia and find some of the very worst pollution on the planet in large quantities to see that. The issue is always control. Get the dummies to think only the government can save them, and they will give up any liberty.

Let me ask you this, if your car is your car, whether it is paid for or not, why do you have to 'register' and 'title' it with the State? Why must you have government's permission to drive your car? Or put more simply, what business is it of government to know what you drive? The peasants will whine "But license plates 'prevent' theft and some states use it as a tax device". If the license plates prevent theft, what are the VIN numbers for and why did they come about if plates were a successful deterrent or recovery aid? Even the founders who never dreamed of cars knew "personal property is too fleeting and could only be properly taxed at the consumption level" (Federalist Papers 12). In other words only at the point of sale, lest government intrude into their lives. Or try this, if registration is to help you, then why is it a crime to not renew your tags? After all, expired plates or not the car is still yours, isn't it? Or is it a crime because your permission to use the car has expired? Many years ago I bought and sold cars on a hand drawn bill of sale in states that had no title system, then. And there was no trouble with finance because the car had a VIN number. There is no lawful need that requires 'titling' and 'registration' of your vehicles. The taxation side of the issue is just as obvious, how can you pay sales tax on something more than once? Or for the whiners who say that in their state it is a property tax, is it your right to own property or a State granted privilege?

But the transportation usurpation does not stop with a little paper chicanery form of robbery. The so-called U.S. Department of Transportation now has proposed rulemaking that would require you to carry a federally issued ID card, complete with built in computer chip. Without this ID you can not get a job, do banking or get medical care. Or even a passport to go to Pago Pago to retire/escape. (Remember above wherein Marx claimed all property of emigrants was his?) Picture and fingerprints and SSN are required on the card, while DNA and retinal scan data is being considered. Earlier when I suggested you needed permission to drive your car you thought I was exaggerating. Try this on for size. Most states now sneak 'implied consent' clauses into their statutes regardless of their lawfulness or not. Under the new scheme it becomes 'final' and no probable cause whatsoever is required for the KGB, I mean police officer, to stop you and search you and your car and scan your ID card which you had better have, comrade. Under 'implied consent' you are graciously given the 'privilege' to drive on the States highways and by-ways, with the understanding that government can check up on you when it wants to. Now because traveling has become a privilege granted by government, instead of a Constitutionally secured right to travel, of course government can also change the terms of it's benefits to you anytime it wants. The deadline for your last fun filled travel holiday, and job at your choice of employment is October 1, 2000. The excuse given by government for this absurdity is the need to control 'illegal aliens'. Which means, if you fell for it, that by tying down all the lawful citizens, anyone left moving is an 'illegal alien'. Except that now government wants illegal aliens to drive cars.

The next maxim is "Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of wastelands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan". This mouthful simply means "It's all mine" (Marx's). People having the means of production, businesses, was the thing Marx hated the most. No way was somebody going to keep the fruit of their labors, or Satan forbid! employ someone else. In America, and elsewhere, the theft by government of businesses is called 'Nationalization". Try to 'Nationalize' one of their banks yourself, and see if they will not treat you like a crook. The Constitution allows NO business activity by government. Is that surprising to you? Government (federal) very simply needs to 'defend the shores and keep the peace', so that 'we the people' can go about our lives as we see fit (Have you ever wondered what the phrase 'Government of the people, by the people and for the people' means?). How many 'bailouts' by government do you know of? Banks, railways, auto and aircraft companies etc. Even if government does not take title, if the government is the lender who pulls the strings? But the brain crippled will whine "But if government had not stepped in those companies would go out of business". Good. New and more competitive and stronger ones would have taken their places by now, because the market did not go away only the supplier, and we would now all be more prosperous. "But people would be laid off in the transition" whine some more comrades. Well, what do you expect for hitching your wagon to a falling star? Who ever said that an employer has to guarantee you life long happiness and security plus provide for medical and retirement benefits? Before all this socialization of the workplace, real men looked after their own affairs and most were better off because of their diligence. If you goofed off or were careless guess who paid? You, of course. Not me in higher prices and taxes. Sounds fair and just to me. If you want to be less then responsible with your life its fine by me, just don't coming crying to me at the end of the day because you did not plan ahead. Do not even try "It's not my fault, I did not know any better", comrade. There has never been more information available in the entire history of the planet concerning money management, investing and business start up and operation. How on earth do you expect a wage slave, at any salary almost, to wind up other than broke at the end of day, unless distinct and concerted effort is exerted to avert that situation? Marx knew that if he kept production under his control, then everybody had to be a slave, it is impossible for it to be otherwise. Be lazy, be poor. Hard work is not the opposite of laziness either. Or ditch diggers would be wealthy. Lack of diligence and responsibility in your life is being lazy. As indicated in the Bible, "We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised." (Heb. 6:12) Nothing about sweat here, but things other than employment being more important. Or consider this for the 'hard work' oriented, "Lazy hands make a man poor, but diligent hands bring wealth." (Pr. 10:4) Notice, in either case it does not suggest that someone else will look after you, while you enjoy your way blissfully and lackadaisically through life.

As for bringing wastelands into cultivation, this sounds suspicious. If it was possible to do so there should not be starving people to the extent we have them in other parts of the world. Could this be the repository for the 'undesirables'? Remember the 'collective farms' of Russia? Seems like just barely enough food was grown to provide for the inhabitants, who, by the way were not free to leave. And from Russian sources, the 1935 farm output was much greater than the 1954 production. Progress under Communism is impressive. The number of agri-businesses that have eaten up the small farms is but a few, so if you are hired to work on those farms what are you? An over paid serf. But you are certain comrade, that after the government taxes you at 84%, and 'nationalizes' your employer and your house, that to improve efficiency they would never get rid of lovable all around good guy you, and relocate you to a place more suited to your re-evaluated skill set. Of course they will give you a 'suitable' house at the other end, and now that you no longer need three cars you can have one for the whole family. Once the property and businesses are 'nationalized', so are you. How could it be any other way? Remember your 'registration', your Social Security Number? And the one your child needed at birth? Are you so sure you are not considered chattel property even now? The lies of 'full employment' and 'cradle-to-grave' handouts are more deadly than the lies of cocaine or crack. Remember everything comes in the guise of 'help'. Long ago Jesus warned us of people like this "Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves." (Mt. 7:15)

The next maxim has had a running start from a portion of the previous one because you will need to be 'warmed up' for this. Here it is "Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture". Read this part again "Equal liability of all to labor". Does that sound like you will get to use your 2 degrees? Labor, that's what the hammer and sickle represent in Russia's flag. Remember, you are not allowed to earn above a bare existence, lest you become able to hire help and thereby become bourgeois. You have seen how backwards Russia and China are, government does not care. The leaders can afford to buy imported goods because they have all the money. How are you forced to labor in the land of the free and the home of the brave? Debt and taxes. Once you hit 84% tax rate you can not quit even if you had no debt because the IRS would come after you., "Dare to buy food instead of pay taxes will you?", they will accuse. Just see how far you can go on 16% of your wage left after 84% is taken away for taxes. And if you are not working you must move into 'approved' housing. This is done right now today. Go on welfare, give government your house and new car and go live in their hovel and take the bus. Slaves committed to labor, for the glory of the State. So as a whole we are not quite there, yet, but there are millions who are. "We are from the government, we are here to help you", goes the mantra. "See because you are poor, because of our forcefully imposed taxes and inflation, we will let you live in our housing projects and give you food stamps to buy what we tell you is good for you", promise the Communists. A family of four, earning about $30,000 can now qualify for government benefits because of tax and inflation induced poverty brought on by our 'friendly' government. How long before the level rises to you? I remember working when $3.00 per hour bought more than $50.00 per hour does now. Or in a practical sense, $20 worth of groceries would nearly fill up the trunk of my car. You could not set that purchase on the seat next to you.

Now what do you think "Establishment of industrial armies" means? How about working for some huge company or conglomerate? Especially as merger mania continues. The Socialists/Communists hate competition. We already only have one bank, and are working on one agri-business etc. Guess what you have to do in the army? Obey orders. These huge companies all have revolving door policies with respect to employees. You are not fired anymore, it's a 'downsizing' or 'reduction in force', 'reducing expenses', or you are 'laid off'. Tough if you have bills and commitments. An army can do as it pleases, and anybody who has been caught in these schemes of the devil knows that talent does not guarantee employment. It's target numbers that matter. The quarterly reports, even worse the annual report or a merger, all are causes of 'layoffs'. "But in six months after your reserve cash and credit are gone we will hire you back, at a lower rate, for a while, maybe, comrade", are the further empty promises.

If you think your company loves you and looks after you through its 'human resource' department, consider the meaning of 'resource',  "money or any property that can be converted into supplies". How about this? You work all your life for a company then before it is your time to retire with all of your accrued benefits, you are forced to 'retire' or be fired and lose it all. Or how about being put on 'salary' for some low or mid level position, not being paid overtime or even straight time for hours worked over an eight hour day, but being told that working less than 10 hours a day is considered unproductive? Contrast these things again with what the Bible says "...the worker is worth his keep"(Mt.10:10) and "Now when a man works, his wages are not credited to him as a gift, but an obligation." (Rom. 4:4) Remember the previous discussion of 'taxflation'? How many big and huge companies have wage ceilings called 'guidelines'? You are given a maximum wage limit whilst others are sneaking up behind you with more taxes and inflation. Can you now see why the Socialists/Communists hate competition? It ruins their plans for you. They are already wealthy beyond imagination, control is always the issue. None of this is the job for unions, which are now but a tool of the Socialists/Communists, this is the same old continuous erosion of wealth, for nothing is more precious than your time. He who controls your time controls you. But you are in the army, if you leave it will look bad on your record, I mean resume'. Comrade, why did you leave that other place? That is a very good company, comrade. Some of you are in the army now. A person with a good work ethic will out perform a dog soldier any day, but control is the issue always, at any cost. If any of you are or have been bourgeois, that is owner of your own business, you will know that there is a difference between good old-fashioned hard work and slavery. If you have been proletariat all your life, 'free handouts' from government, or employers, sound good to you, even though you have no clue as to what it cost others, and yourself, to give you something for 'nothing'. Ignorance is bliss, comrade. "But I work for one of those big true blue companies (or its subsidiary etc.) that would never do that to me!", whine the blissful. Consider this. Recently the top 100 'American' corporations had a suggestion put to them concerning opening their annual stockholders meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. Ninety nine of the one hundred flat refused to spend less than one minute to acknowledge America as being worthy of allegiance. As if all these board members, or even the company itself, would amount to a hill of beans in any other country. Some company you work for comrade.

The next maxim is more visible but less identifiable than others, "Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of the population over the country". This has to be some more of Marx's magic, "Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries;" I am fairly certain he did not foresee our great processed food industry, and it certainly did not exist then. We are back to control again (still). A farmer could be a poor one with no one but his family to help, but Marx insisted that even that was bourgeois. Remember, never enough wealth to hire anyone, ever. Marx claimed bourgeoisie always exploited their children. So even the poorest subsistence farmers had to be nationalized along with manufacturing businesses that were frightfully bourgeois. Today we see this simply as the decades long gobbling up of the family farm by the conglomerates, which of course has nothing to do with the steady decline of the quality of food in our stores. If you are under thirty, maybe forty, you might even have been told processed junk food is a 'food group', although it might benevolently been called 'snack food', even though that is an oxy-moron.

Remember the 'collective farms' earlier? Well here are their beginnings, "gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of the population over the country". Guess who gets to decide who lives where? Today this is evidenced by expansion of suburbs and sleeper communities. Economic disincentives are promulgated to keep people away from the cities. These are things like higher taxes, prices and even more regulations and ordinances, the curbing or reduction of essential services, repairs etc. Huge pork barrel projects like stadiums, zoos, aquariums, unnecessary road works etc. which eat up tons of money yet provide no meaningful increase in most peoples lives. So now that people are forced to commute, they chew up vehicles, money and time in doing so, further reducing their wealth while all the time being convinced it's 'cool' to live way out there.

This last maxim has most people fooled, "Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production etc.". This sounds like a wonderful idea of course because the government is here to help you. How about these free schools? Increased taxes pay for them, and then there are all those 'contributions' during the year that you must pay. Really free. Of course we know it is necessary for Johnny and Mary to know a foreign language in the first grade. Is being graded on a 1-2-3-4 system better than A-B-C-D-E-F because the military grades its people on 1-2-3-4? Of course keeping the Bible out of school is good for the children, that way they can act 'naturally', as little thugs and hooligans waiting to grow up into big ones. Consider this from the Bible "Folly is bound up in the heart of a child, but the rod of discipline will drive it far from him." (Pr. 22:15).

And of course we need diversity, every child must absolutely know all about every pagan non-Christian religion in the world, and the third world cultures these religions develop into. But we can not allow the correct teaching of the history of this country because the Pilgrims and many of the founders were Christians. We must also teach that being homosexual is good. That it's correct for some children to have two mommies or two daddies, so we must convince the normal children that this configuration which cannot replicate itself is somehow 'natural'. The Bible of course shows us how replication is carried out "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it."(Gen. 1:27+28) We must teach the children that it is not Jesus but the UN that is the savior of the world. We must teach the children that the government will give them all that they need. We must not teach the children work or business ethics (what ever happened to Junior Achievement?), they must be taught that to enjoy life is all that is needed, in part by over emphasizing participation in sports as a 'must do'. Especially the pride of the socialist countries, the sport for the egalitarian brain dead, soccer.  Where even the losers get trophies and everyone gets to kick the ball.  Hey! This is America, the sport is baseball and second place is the first place loser!  They must not graduate anywhere near as educated as children of the last century. Proletariat do not need education to eke out a bare existence in a sweat shop or farm, or as some computer hack doing endless administrative functions and reports on a PC for the betterment of the army. We must teach the children premarital sex is good too, because abortions can be had from a store front, so there are no consequences for that indulgence. And on and on. Since 1904 John Rockefeller Sr. has been, through the General Education Board and the Chicago University, changing American learning to suit his Socialist/Communist plans. Do you think his billions gave him success? Look at our school system. Why do you think home schooling is as big a thing as it is? Why do you think government spent 15 years in court trying to stop it? Especially since home school children test out much higher on average than public school peasants.

Now the next portion "Combination of education with industrial production", is like the income tax. Back in 1913 the first income tax was 7% of all above $500,000, and nothing below $4,000 with other steps in between. "We are only going to make the rich pay with this tax", was the lie from the Individuals Representing Satan. Now training for a trade in high school has been around for a long time, so it's gradual modification will creep up on you. These programs were voluntary. Suppose they become involuntary? And suppose once graduated, you can never change your blue-collar chosen for you profession? Would this ever happen? Try reading the 'Workforce Investment Act (HR 1385) signed into 'law' 8/7/1998 wherein public schools are to be mandatory vocational training centers and the students compelled to accept government directed 'careers'.  These people never lie, income tax is still 7% of all above $500,000 and a Federal Reserve Note is redeemable for one dollar in silver per denomination, and "We are from the government and we are here to help you". Jesus had this to say about the genealogy of liars, "You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies." (Jn. 8:44)  On August 19, 1785 Thomas Jefferson had this to say about lying. "He who permits himself to tell a lie once, finds it much easier to do it a second and a third time, till at length it becomes habitual; he tells lies without attending to it, and truths without the world's believing him. The falsehood of the tongue leads to that of the heart, and in time depraves all its good dispositions."

What you have seen above are the highlights of Marx's plan for world reform, compared to real life situations in our country today. None of the currently Communist countries are really Marxist. Nor is America, some will argue that because of the business cartels we are more Fascist, but the people who own the banks and the businesses run the country, not the president, who is merely their puppet. Mussolini ran Italy but not the businesses. Our current president is not even wealthy, merely a front man. However it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that a central economy, called by any name, will simply not endure. Changes are needed to keep the government in power. We see this as a relaxing of business ownership guidelines. People are allowed to become petit bourgeois in order to forestall the inevitable collapse. The best example is China. Russia has changed too, but they have merely stepped up from Communism to choking Socialism, still having fiat paper money and income taxes (due on April 1^st, what a coincidence). So do these leaders betray their beloved Marx? No. They merely want to retain control, and in order to prolong their reign, proletariat must become bourgeois, how ironic. And of course once there is bourgeoisie there could be revolution. How justly precarious the life of a tyrant is.

All of this advance in oppression occurs by deception permitted by ignorance. In 1958 an FBI agent, Cleon Skoussen, wrote a book, 'The Naked Communist', concerning the results of his investigation into the actual methods the Communists would use to overthrow America. Highlighting some of the then planned techniques will show further the cancerous spread of deceit and treachery into our federal, state and local governments, and the inevitable decline of America.

First the Communists plans for education, "Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current communist propaganda. Get control of the teachers associations." We have examined some of the goings on in our schools, Marx insisted home education, which was the norm, be abolished and replaced with public education. Marx also urged the formation of unions to steal control from the bourgeois. Today we have teachers associations which fight tooth and nail against proper education, preferring the tripe, 'the standard', handed out by government over what was more traditional in our country. Let us hear what Benjamin Rush, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, had to say about school matters:

"Let the children...be carefully instructed in the principles and obligations of the Christian religion. This is the most essential part of education. The great enemy of the salvation of man, in my opinion, never invented a more effectual means of extirpating Christianity from the world than by persuading mankind that it was improper to read the Bible at schools."

On September 10, 1782 Congress approved Robert Aiken of Philadelphia, for the printing of another edition of the Bible, to replenish stocks, "for the use of schools". How can one remove education of God from the children's curriculum and expect them to turn out any better than they do now? If an angry child brings a gun into school, the Communists claim it is the gun's fault, not theirs or the parents. TV watchers agree. Punish the naughty guns. Let us go on to a companion plan against education. "Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principles of separation of church and state". Wait a minute, what principles of separation of church and state? Let us look at the constitution of the USSR, article 124: "In order to ensure to citizens freedom of conscience, the church in the USSR is separated from the State, and the school from the church". Remember, all orders are given for the supposed improvement of welfare of the people (we are from the government and we are here to help you). Note the phrase, "In order to ensure to citizens freedom of conscience;", lest you learn the principles of Christ and be free. Religion was all but abolished in the USSR. Our Founders had this (and much more) to say about God and religion:

"You have rights antecedent to all earthly governments; rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws; rights derived from the Great Legislator of the Universe." - John Adams

"We have no government armed in power capable of contending in human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other." John Adams, address to the militia of Massachusetts, October 11, 1798.

"The religion which has introduced civil liberty is the religion of Christ and His Apostles.... This is genuine Christianity and to this we owe our free constitutions of government." Noah Webster

And regarding the alleged separation of church and state in America:

"The highest story of the American Revolution is this: it connected in one indissoluble bond the principles of civil government with the principles of Christianity." President John Adams

Even to the most brainwashed of today, the need for the control of education is obvious. In April of 1865, Abraham Lincoln said "The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next." Look at our current government, at all levels, and remember how long prayer and the Bible in schools have been largely forbidden by government. On top of everything else most of our so-called 'leaders' are not even veterans who know how valuable and costly liberty is. The current president is even a draft dodger, a 'hero' of losers.

Some of the atheists or other non-Christians will start to whine "Prayer to God is against my rights." However these people, instead of merely declining to join in, have been manipulated as little puppets. Consider the following strategy "Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights." Can you spell A-C-L-U? (Anti Christian Liberties Union) Or Madalyn Murray O'Hair? Obviously prayer in school is only the tip of the iceberg with these people and many others but you get the idea. Or look at it from this perspective. The Constitution was written with regards to the preservation of peoples rights based on the notion that such rights were derived from God. So how can someone go into court and suggest that his right to not obey God's laws should somehow become the law of this land? If you would ever give real thought and consideration to the outlandish notions put out by government through an obliging media and approved and accepted by an ignorant populace, you might actually be outraged.

Furthering the degradation of America are the immoral and perverted people of little or no honor and virtue who have also been sucked into the Communist machine (not that such people would care). One of the most important cultural attacks is the total break down of morality by calling it a violation of rights to inhibit pornography in any medium whatsoever, books, TV, films etc. Along with porn comes the queers, degeneracy in general, and promiscuity, all being presented as normal, healthy and natural. Of course if you are this sort of person than, this current administration is the government for you. Never had so much 'fun'. On March 10, 1778 General George Washington participated in the trial of a queer in his army:

"At a General Court Marshall whereof Colonel Tupper was President, Lt Enslin of Colonel Malcolm's Regiment tried for attempting to commit sodomy, with John Monhort a soldier; Secondly for Perjury in swearing to false Accounts, found guilty of the charges exhibited against him, being breaches of the 5^th Article, 18^th Section of the Articles of War and do sentence him to be dismiss'd the service with Infamy. His Excellency the Commander in Chief approves the sentence with Abhorrence and Detestation of such Infamous Crimes orders Lt. Enslin to be drummed out of camp tomorrow by all the Drummers and Fifers in the Army never to return. The Drummers and the Fifers to attend on the Grand parade at Guard mounting for that Purpose". If our leaders today were actually leaders being a Drummers or a Fifer could be a good career.

As you might have guessed God has something to say about 'same sex' sex. "If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads." (Lev. 20:13) Or if that is not clear enough. "Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion." (Rom. 1:24+26-27) What is "due penalty? Jude 1:7 gives us a clue from the destruction of Sodom (the birthplace of... sodomy) and Gomorrah "In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire."

In the tangled web of Communist plots all of this has purpose. It is to break down the family unit. Divide and conquer. Encourage easy divorce and abortion. Anything goes, the end justifies the means, after all 'this is the 90's'. If you are morally and spiritually weak enough to have been sucked into this nonsense than you are good peasant stock, comrade. Some commonsense from the Bible says "Everything is permissible" - but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible" - but not everything is constructive. (1 Cor. 10:23) In other words, God expects you to use the brain He gave you, not follow blindly the TV set or 'everyone else'. If you choose to become a good Communist you are simply a materialistic atheist. Marx claims you are the product of 'accumulated accident' evolved from the slime. Therefore, if you are not a created being modeled after a higher form of life then of course this life is all you have and what you get now is all that you will ever get. Hence the need for 'anything goes' or 'the end justifies the means'. Not as smart as you thought you were, are you?

Under the common law abortion was first degree murder because the child has rights from the minute of conception. Unlike the race a baby must run today, to get completely clear of his mother in order to be safe. And now that infanticide is starting to become 'explainable' and therefore (somehow by magic) 'acceptable', how old does one have to be to be safe from one's mother? Contrast this practice of child killing with the Bible, "You shall not murder." (Dt. 5:17 the 6^th Commandment of God), or this "Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molech...(Satan)" (Lev. 18:21). You only murdered your child to improve your life, not to worship the devil, right? Consider what the Lord said to the prophet Jeremiah concerning the slaughter of children by Israel, "They have built the high places of Baal (Satan) to burn their sons in the fire as offerings to Baal - something I did not command or mention, nor did it enter my mind." (Jer. 19:5) So if God never even considered child sacrifice to improve a persons life, but was content with bulls and goats, until Jesus died rendering obsolete the requirement for further blood sacrifices, who else but Satan is left? Altogether now all of you Communists whine "But I do not believe in God or the devil so it is alright for me to murder my children".

Or look at this way. The pagans freely admit that the sacrifice of their children is to appease their gods and bring peace and prosperity. So-called Americans say things like "Having this baby would just ruin my life". Or "I'm not ready for a baby yet". (as if you can 'send it back' to wait for a more convenient time) Either way in 99.9% of abortion cases convenience or improvement of life, the parents life, is what is sought. Like the acknowledged pagans, except that the pagans are more honest about it. Lovers of God and His ways cherish life as a gift from Him 365 ¼ days a year. Government says life is sacred only one day a year, January 25, the official 'Sanctity of Human Life Day', whoopee. Of course you never learned about the Bible or the common law from your TV set or in school because teaching American history and culture is unimportant due to the fact that America is such a 'small part' of the 'big picture'. The new world order 'big picture', that is. And of course the Constitution is out dated and clumsy and hinders cooperation between nations. And of course only the UN could possibly save us from the complexities of 'global' life. So where do you fit in to the 'big picture'? There is more of course, to help you answer that question.

To show you how you have further let yourself be taken captive, consider what this simple act can do to a generation of children. The teaching of 'safe' sex in school. Not only does government encourage premarital sex, they teach children in their schools how to do it, safely. Why? Because we the government know that despicable you can not possibly have the character or strength to control your children. Therefore we will show them how to handle themselves when, not if, you they get out of control, and if something goes 'wrong' we will give the girl an abortion and not tell you, her parents. After all, we consider you parents as a negative influence on their life, as you do not have the interests of the State at heart, like your children will, comrade. Therefore, when you have children  you already know the impossibility of raising them so we will do that for you, comrade.

Now, because it has been shown that you cannot control your emotions how could you possibly control your guns? You might get angry and shoot someone when you are out of control. Also people preserve liberty with them, so for the good of the State, we mean your good, we will take them from you. Now it is not possible for such an incapable person as yourself to manage your own money, that is why we are taking it all, as well as your property, because, things like that are very complicated, comrade. Besides, if you had money you could become educated and that leads to difficulties for the State, we mean you.  So just enjoy yourself and let us 'take care' of you comrade, after all that is why we are here, to help you comrade, our beloved little Proletariat.

What sort of regard do you think these people of the government have for out-of-control you? They will put you in a life style like that of Russian peasants or Moscow apartment slum dwellers. Do you do this to people you have regard for as fellow Americans and human beings? Is your licentious life style so valuable to you that you would snuff out the love of freedom that God placed in every man's heart, just to satisfy primitive cravings of the flesh? Are you that base an animal, a 'brute beast fit only for destruction' as the Bible calls such men (2 Pe. 2:12+13), that no love other than of yourself exists in you? Or do you believe it is better to love your neighbor as yourself? One result, not previously mentioned, of all of the Communists tactics to destroy the family and to debase the moral culture of America, is that it produces extremely selfish people. People looking out for their own good times. "I do not need to worry about my neighbor, government will do that", whine the hedonists. Of course government charity organizations abound by the gross in Russia and China and no one lacks a single thing in those countries. People there would not be poor if government had not made them that way, so why would government then want to help the slaves regain their status and dignity as freemen? Do you realize that hospitals were originally started as charity organizations? Not the lecherous money grubbing profit centers they have become under our government's tutelage. You are so much a commie right now, chances are you would never help some down and outer, much less invite him into your house to help him on his way. So much for being kind to widows, orphans and travelers, after all this is the 90's. Of course you could say that you are a debaucher who gives to charity at the office, a really involved, really personal effort and sacrifice. We will not even go into how a modern implementation of noblesse oblige administered by non-government eleemosynary officials could work in an income and property tax free republic almost infinitely more efficient and effective than the meager portions grudgingly given out now by government at the cost of our freedom.

This country was started for the sole purpose of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you get up from your TV set and find a document entitled "The Mayflower Compact" dated 11 November AD 1620 you will see that very statement. Also in that document the signers pledged to establish government which would satisfy those ends and themselves. People working together for a common goal. Not lonely individuals living in crowded cities. Despite your 90's perspective of them, these people, the Pilgrims and the other early settlers, enjoyed life and many were very wealthy and had better education than the vocational training most universities now pass out.

Now why did this discussion resolve down to issues of the heart? Because, that is the stated intention of this document. This country has fallen from its once world wide position of respect and admiration and is now about to be dealt the death blow while it is down. And the cause is wayward hearts. Our 'standard of living' and GNP (Gross National Product) are higher than ever before, yet our status has never been lower. Our 'leaders', city, county, state and federal are for the most part, all a major embarrassment and threat to any lover of God and the truth. Their transparent, pathetic little schemes and plots to take even larger tax bites and usurp more power are insulting to a man of even ordinary intelligence and integrity. The media's propaganda is of little better believability than that of the old Radio Moscow or Radio Cuba short wave broadcasts of the 1960's. Despite all of the foregoing deceptions the truth can be discovered simply by asking, "What is going on here?" If you know the difference between what is right and what is wrong, the question will appear in your mind. That is why it is a heart matter, for without the troubling of the heart over today's events the question never gets asked. And you will find that you must despise all of the Communist agenda and love the ways of God or you are double minded and deserving of no good thing (Ja. 1:7+8). No middle ground, no DMZ, no gray areas. This principle of decision and commitment was demonstrated in the Bible by Jesus, "He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters." (Mt. 12:30) Or look at it this way, also from Jesus "I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were one or the other. So because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I am about to spit you out of my mouth" (Rev. 3:15-16). Trying to be one of the all around, one size fits all, "pro-family, pro-life, pro-choice, pro-queer" 'good guys' does not cut it. Do you think it was 20,000 'wishy-washy' farmers who beat the largest and best army and navy in the world during the first War for Independence? Or were they of one spirit and mind and so loved God and His ways that it is quite obvious from history that they felt it better to die Freemen than to live as slaves? Character. The character of the people themselves and hence the character of officials elected by people of high character. That is the only thing that makes a country great. Not the government defined 'standard of living', nor the GNP, nor even the percentage of GNP devoted to 'welfare' payments.

Have you been deceived by the media and the education system regarding the foregoing history and events? Are these things or some of them a surprise to you? Are you a moral and spiritual bankrupt running on the worthless currency that 'this is the 90's'? Or do you love God and His ways? Or put another way, do your rights come from God (because you do), and are therefore unalienable, or do your 'privilege's' come from, and exist only at, the will and pleasure of the State, because you come from the slime? You can not have unalienable rights given to you by the State. How can the State fill your heart with a love for liberty? The State wants to own you. Liberty is a gift from God. Or do you expect that it is somehow possible to live like a Communist and at the same time enjoy the unalienable rights that come only from God?

As was promised, you now have a clearer idea of the 'State of the Union' and you cannot deny in your heart, at least if to no one else, if you are for God and country or the Communist way of 'life'.
